John: I received the Eagle Hunter, sheath, and the hot sauce. Thank you very much. My Mom ( Banana ) 92 years young has taken the knife so unless I can CON her out of it, I will be placing another order very soon. I must have one for myself. Thank you again John for a beautiful knife and sheath and the super quick shipping. You have been a CLASS ACT in our dealings and I am sure you will remain so and it is going to be my pleasure to HIGHLY recommend you and your vendor site. Bob

What wonderful site! I myself have recently decided that I would enjoy making period costumes as well, aimed more towards the west seeing as I live in Arizona of course. I just thought I would drop a line..also...I'm pretty sure we are cousins...John Peter Overmyer and Mary Eva Hennig are my Grandparents as well.

I bought a Bowie knife (TR63-BTP) and it far exceeded what I thought it would be. First of all, it is BIG. The handle is charcoal laminate, the crossguard is brass and the blade is marked Surgical Steel and it has a decent edge to it. The finish on the metal is good. The sheath is leather. I collect knives, usually high end fighters and automatic knives. I ordered the knife from John not expecting much because the price was so rock bottom low ( I can't remember the last knife I purchased that was so cheap). Boy was I surprised. Shipping was immediate and John let me know what was happening. How often does that happen on a $23 purchase!! I am going to order more items. Thanks, John, and good luck on your business.

My hunting frock is a real dandy. It iw well made and looks great. The firtswt time I wore it, the temperature was 27 degrees and all I had on under it was a sweat shirt. it kept me toasty warm. This is an item that I am more than proud to wear. Good material, goods design and good work. I'm happy!! Thanks, John.

I ordered two knives from and I got more than I started out to get. I have found a person who has helped me more than 10 times the price of the knives are worth. You have given me help that you can't find if you looked for someone for years to find. I have a friend for life in you. The help is more than expected in service and the knowledge is priceless. Thank You Bushwacker. I have found a Brother in you. Thank you, YHS and Brother, Steve Hart 6th GGS of John Hart "The Signer"

Dear Bushwacker, Back in June of this year you and I began working together on a hunting frock I wanted to order. From the very start, the process was very easy. You even emailed me a link to your fabric supplier where I could pick the exact colors I wanted in my frock. Yesterday my package arrived and I was astounded by the frock! It was much better than I imagined. The colors of both the frock and the fringe were exactly as I had ordered and the fit of the garment is superb. The quality of the frock is amazing and the stitching is very strong and otherwise excellent. I am sure this frock will last me many, many years. If it ever does wear out, I will not hesitate to order another from you. I just want to thank you for all your help. In this world it is becoming increasingly unusual to get such a quality product at such a fair price. Thanks again for selling such great period clothing. Greg

Hey....I have a suggestion. You need to start a section on your wevpage to tell people where they might see you in action, or buy your products at shows. A certain cousin was at the Oak Ridge Festival in Atticia, and thought he might see you there. Would have been a good show for you to work.
